Our shipping and handling costs are charged on an 'at cost' basis based on the value of your order. We have added several price bands including a low one to allow purchases of small items such as single tubes tubes of paint without incurring high postage costs. For UK Mainland, on orders totalling more than £250, delivery is free (UK mainland only).
If you intend to order frames and artists materials it is a good idea to make two separate orders to ensure the art materials are not delayed while we make the frames. If you make a mixed order then we will send the art materials in a separate consignment if economical to do so.

European and international shipping will be charged at cost. Place your order and select Pick Up from Workshop. We will then contact you to discuss delivery options.
We aim to deliver your items as quickly as possible. 90% of the framing we sell is bespoke made and often painted so it is not always possible to quote accurate delivery times particularly if we are busy, because of this we recommend that you allow 14 working days for delivery. 'Working days' excludes weekends and bank holidays.
On the rare occasions where we are waiting for stock you will be kept informed of any possible delays via email and in extremis will be offered an alternative or a full refund.
If you have a hard deadline to meet such as a handing-in or an exhibition hanging PLEASE INFORM US straight away or CALL US BEFORE making your order. We will do our best to help.
We take care with our packaging and damage in transit is rare. In the event of your items arriving damaged please report the damage to us as soon as possible, this will enable us to take the appropriate remedial action. It may be necessary to provide photographs of any damage so please keep all packaging. If a product is damaged in transit and you decide to repair it yourself or use it you may waive your right to compensation.
