These Terms apply to online sales Ashcraft Framing's on-line shop, by using this site you are acknowledging that you have read, understood and agree without limitation to be bound by these terms as an exclusive agreement between us for the use and purchase of items from this site. We reserve the right to change these terms at any time without notice by posting an update to the site.
a) When you place an order on our website, your credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption by PayPal. These numbers are only decrypted when they reach PayPal's systems where they are processed and your card is charged. They are not held in clear text on any website so it is not possible for your details to be stolen during a transaction. Ashcraft Framing have no access to your credit card details or your PayPal account (if you have one).
2) ONLINE ORDERS
When you order online, you will be helped through the process by simple instructions and you may review, correct and confirm the order prior to final
When your order is submitted you will receive an email with the details of your order, your registration and an email from PayPal confirming the transaction. These emails are automated and the content may change from tie to time. Do not repllyto these emails, they are for your information only.
All credit/debit card payments are subject validation and authorisation checks by your card issuer, if for any reason they do not authorise your payment we will not be liable for any delay or non delivery.
We will normally despatch your order within 4 working days, excluding the cancellation period (see below). Many items are made to order and at times delivery may take up to 14 days depending how busy we are and the occasional requirements to order in materials. We will always provide an estimated completion and dispatch date as soon as we have received payment for your order. If there are any delays for unforeseen circumstances we will advise you of such. We will not be liable for delays by third parties such as carriers.
5) REFUND POLICY
Please be sure that what you order is what you want, contact us (see contact us) if you need help. We will refund in full the purchase cost less postage of any item you feel you have been misled with by the description provided if we are notified within 5 working days of receipt. (This does not apply to bespoke items such as framing kits and mounts.
We can only refund bespoke orders if there has been an error on the part of Ashcraft Framing. You the customer are liable for the arrangement of the return and cost of such items which must be received in saleable condition.
6) CANCELLATION POLICY
If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us by phone or email within 24 hours of your order to ensure we can cancel the order before it enters the workshop.
